Welcome to the Southbow Landing Project page!

This Neighbourhood Plan (NP) was originally approved in 2015, and includes ±220.75 hectares (±545.5 acres) of land. Southbow Landing is a master planned, complete community within the River Heights Area Structure Plan. The NP establishes Land Use Districts and guides future subdivision and development proposals on a phased basis within the plan area.

Current applications include:

• Residential Multi-Family Land Use Amendment

• Neighbourhood Plan Amendment

A Public Hearing to consider the Neighbourhood Plan amendment application will be held at the Ranchehouse, on Dec 2nd, 2024, starting at 5:30pm.

Multi-Family application has been submitted to the Town and is currently under review by Town Administration. A Public Hearing for this application is anticipated to be in early 2025. Updated information regarding exact dates will be posted here as they become available.
